It’s time for Suzie the personal trainer to come out to play – we’ve covered some wedding planning, now let’s work on the ‘looking and feeling great’ part of your wedding. Let’s get sweaty together!
Full body workout, combining strength and cardio. Options to increase the intensity or decrease – go at your own level.
Easy to follow mini circuits with 30 seconds at each exercise – you can do this!
Grab some weights, your bag of flour or your cat for added resistance – make those muscles burn (and tone!)
